“Over time, as we develop our skills of presence and perception, we settle more and more deeply into the rhythms of Primary Respiration, slowing down until we know ourselves as something deeper, slower, smoother, softer, wider than our everyday personalities. We find ourselves becoming one with the stillness that is us, that is beyond us. We sense ourselves returning, together with our client, to the beginning, prior to the hurts and traumas of our personal histories. Like the early embryo, we float within the full potential of what life has to offer. This is the heart of Craniosacral Biodynamics.”

The experience of Biodynamic craniosacral therapy can be deeply profound for both the giver and the receiver. The nervous system slows gently, seeking balance and facilitating our innate capacity for health and self-regulation. Unlike most forms of bodywork, Biodynamic craniosacral therapy addresses the body as a fluid entity—afterall 80 percent of our body is fluid—rather than focusing on one specific system. Also unique to this model of craniosacral therapy is the reference to the incredible development of the human embryo as both a historical guide and the basis for health and fluidity at all ages.

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is subtle yet expansive, still yet dynamic, and quiet yet potentially life-changing. We synchronize with a slow tempo and a mindful presence. In this work, perception is developed as a fine art.
Each of these 2 three-day classes is offered twice per year, in the spring and fall. Each 18 Hour class is $395, and can be taken in any order.
